I guess these are kinda a "mormon" thing? I had never even heard of them until this year and now I LOVE them. It is such a silly food but it is divine. I get Jake to make them for me sometimes.
Its really easy. Rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken, shredded cheese, chow mien noodles, coconut, and then pineapple. Other people put other stuff on them like tomatoes and chives but this is how we make it.
So random but so yummy. I don't love coconut so I use that sparingly but I make up for it with extra chow mien noodles!
The picture above is of Jake's plate and he really did eat all of that. The drink behind it is a Henry Weinhard's Orange Cream Soda. It is very yummy. Not as good as the root beer but I love me anything orange cream flavored.
